About the Project

A resurfacing treatment project will occur along US Highway 287 in northeast Colorado. Resurfacing work will take place just northwest of Fort Collins on a one-mile stretch of highway near Owl Canyon Road, Mile Points 362.75 to 363.55.

The resurfacing of the roadway will include:

Traffic Impacts

Motorists can expect the following impacts during the period of construction:

  • Vehicles will be reduced to a single lane, alternating traffic intermittently in either direction throughout the duration of the project
  • Lane closures may have up to 10-minute delays
  • The speed limit will be reduced to 40 MPH through the work zone
