CO 112 Del Norte to US 285 Junction Resurfacing
About the Project
The project will improve approximately 13 miles of CO Highway 112 in Del Norte from the US 160/CO 112 intersection, Mile Point 0, to the CO 112/US Highway 285 junction at MP 13.2.
Work will include:
- Milling the old asphalt surface
- Paving with a mixture of recycled and new asphalt (three applications)
- Bridge repairs

Work Schedule
- Construction activity will take place generally a half hour after sunrise and continuing until a half hour before sunset
Traffic Impacts
Motorists can expect the following impacts during the period of construction:
- One-lane alternating traffic
- 15-minute delays
- 10 feet width restriction
- A speed reduction to 40 MPH
- Travelers will encounter a 24/7 one-lane alternating traffic guided by a temporary portable traffic signal for bridge repair at MP 0.5, Rio Grande River
- In July there will be a full week closure of CO 112 between the CO 112/US 160 intersection and the Rio Grande River
