I-70 & Pena Boulevard Drainage Improvements in Adams County
About the Project
The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and its contractor, Myers and Sons Construction, are improving drainage along I-70 to help manage stormwater and make the highway safer.
Work includes:
- Cleaning out existing pipes and drains
- Upgrading drainage structures
- Adding new trench drains to help water flow more efficiently and reduce flooding
- Removing built-up debris
- Protecting inlets
- Connecting new concrete pipes to the existing drainage system
