Delivery Methods on Local Agency Infrastructure Projects

The Local Agency Manual Chapter 5, Project Development, has been updated to reflect the approval process for utilization of a project delivery method other than traditional Design-Bid-Build. Chapter 7 has been revised to clarify the process for a Local Agency to request CM/GC Construction Agreed Price (CAP) concurrence, and CM/GC request to award.
