2023 Construction Specifications

The 2023 Standard Specification book is mandatory for use on projects advertised on or after October 1, 2023.

FORM To submit a new or revision to a specification, complete Form 1215

Certification or Finding in the Public Interest (FIPI) Form 1381

Use CDOT Form 1381 to submit a request for a Certification or a Finding in the Public Interest (FIPI) when specifying a single trade name, patented material, proprietary product, or process on a project.
