Used to calculate the fuel cost adjustment resulting from changes in the price per gallon of Denver No. 2 Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel. The fuel price used in this calculation is taken from the price posted by the Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) website. Use with projects that contain the Standard Special Provision, "Revision of Section 109 - Fuel Cost Adjustment", dated October 1, 2019.
