Federal Fiscal Year ‘22 Timeline & Due Dates

Quarter 1 (Q1) Reports are due in the e-Grants system

The Problem ID Dashboard updated with 2020 data is available

  • If you are unable to find the data you need, please submit a Data Request Form to the CDPHE Injury Epidemiologist.
  • Please note: Two weeks are required to analyze and return data requests, so please plan accordingly.

First week of March 2022

CDOT Fiscal Year 23 (FY23) application grantee office hours are available (optional)

March 21-25, 2022

FY23 renewal applications are due

April 4, 2022

Quarter 2 (Q2) reports are due in the e-Grants system

April 20, 2022

Renewal award/notifications to be sent

April 25, 2022

If renewed, your project manager will email the project page template for completion

May 2, 2022

Highway Safety Plan project page is due to your project manager

May 16, 2022

Mid-year check-ins begin

  • Program managers meet with grantees in person or virtual

April/May 2022

FY23 application, budget and action plan review/revisions begin

  • You may be asked you to make additional edits to your action plan and/or budget before funding is approved

 June 2022

Finalized FY23 application, budget and approved action plan is due in the e-Grants system

July 1, 2022

Quarter 3 (Q3) reports are due in e-Grants system

July 20, 2022

Email your finalized annual report to your project manager

Quarter 4 (Q4) report/cumulative year end reports are due in the e-Grants system

Your project managers will email the annual report template to you by Oct. 3, 2022.
