Eastbound 4th Street Bridge Opens to Traffic

Traffic currently is in a one-lane configuration on each bridge – one lane eastbound on the eastbound structure and one lane westbound on the westbound structure.  The second eastbound lane is expected to open to traffic later this afternoon.

A single lane will remain closed westbound through the weekend.
