Full closure of US 6 near Clifton for culvert repair work

April 5, 2016 - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3 - MESA COUNTY —Beginning today, Tues. April 5 and Wed. April 6, Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) crews will close US 6 at mile point 39, three miles east of Clifton, in order to perform necessary repairs to a culvert that runs under the highway. The work is expected to be complete by the end of the day Wednesday.

TRAFFIC AND RECREATIONAL IMPACTS: The alternate route in place is US 6 to F Road to 35 Road and back to US 6.
