All I-25 Traffic to Shift to Northbound Lanes After Labor Day

Expect delays through Pueblo in the new traffic pattern

Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 7, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will reduce lanes on both northbound and southbound I-25 near exit 96/Indiana Avenue in Pueblo. Both directions of I-25 will be reduced to one lane for a quarter of a mile.

All southbound traffic will be shifted to the northbound lanes as construction crews repair and widen the southbound bridge structure over Indiana Avenue. The traffic shift will be in place through December 2016.

Speeds will be reduced to 45 mph through the work zone. Motorists are urged to use extra caution while traveling in the new traffic pattern.
