Mount Evans Highway to Close at Echo Lake for Season on October 3

September 28, 2016 - Denver Metro Colorado/ CDOT Region 1 - CLEAR CREEK COUNTY—The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will close Mount Evans Highway—Colorado Highway 5— at Echo Lake for the season to vehicular traffic on Monday, October 3.

CO 5 is scheduled to reopen for the summer season the Friday before Memorial Day, weather permitting.
