I-25 Closed in Both Directions Near Garden of the Gods Following Semi Accident

EL PASO COUNTY—Both directions of Interstate 25 in Colorado Springs have been closed near Garden of the Gods following a serious crash.

A semi traveling southbound on I-25 between Garden of the Gods and Fillmore crossed into the northbound lanes and struck a vehicle. Injuries and extent of damage is unknown at this time. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and avoid the area.
