Help other teens be safe drivers and you could win an iPad!
Traffic crashes are the leading cause of death among U.S. teenagers. So, it’s important to play it safe and keep your eyes on the road. You know this, but do your friends? You can help spread the word about safe driving and teen driving laws in Colorado.
Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) laws are around to protect you and your friends, not to take away your independence. In fact, you get more freedom when you learn to drive safely.
These laws help you understand:
- passenger restrictions
- cell phone usage
- curfew laws
The Colorado Department of Transportation, AAA Colorado, the Colorado Teen Driving Alliance and safety advocates statewide want YOU to motivate other teens to be safe behind the wheel. So, tell us why you play it safe and you could win an iPad donated by Huddle.
This contest is happening during the month of April, while Tyler Presnell is touring across the state talking to high school students just like you. Tyler Presnell is a survivor of a terrible car crash and he’s made it his mission to educate other teens about responsible driving. Find more info at tylerpresnell.org.
