District 9: Hannah Parsons

El Paso, Fremont, Park, and Teller counties

Hannah Parsons is the Chief Operating Officer at Barn Owl Tech, where she leads operations, marketing, sales, finance, and strategic partnerships. Her career has spanned finance, real estate, community and economic development, and technology.

Before her work at Barn Owl, Parsons co-founded Epicentral Coworking in Downtown Colorado Springs and Exponential Impact, an early-stage technology accelerator. She serves as a Director on several boards, including the Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority and Exponential Impact. Her previous Board experiences include the Thomas MacLaren School, Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs, and the Colorado Springs Chamber and Economic Development Corporation. 

Parsons resides in Colorado Springs and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
