About Commissioner Masters

Todd Masters grew up in Colorado and attended the University of Texas at Arlington. After graduating, he returned to Colorado and opened Rep Services, a company that represents manufacturers of emergency lighting products to the wholesale and retail trade. He sold the company in 2024 and is currently retired.

Masters and his wife own a small ranch outside of Elizabeth, Colo. in Elbert County.

They have five grandchildren who keep them on their toes. Master is an avid Broncos fan and season ticket holder.
