Pavement Design Manuals

The purpose of the Pavement Design Manuals is to provide CDOT and consulting designers with uniform and detailed procedures for designing pavements on CDOT highway projects.

2025-B Pavement Design Manual - Note: The Pavement Design Manual published July 1, 2025 had an error on Tables 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 concerning the Design Life and the Rutting Thresholds. Corrections have been made to the current manual, the corrected Design Life and Rutting Thresholds shall be used on all pavement analysis/designs from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026.
