Jan. 1 Overnight I-70 Closure at Exit 240/SH103 Bridge Cancelled

January 1, 2014 - Central/Eastern Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - Clear Creek County – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Mountain Corridor Constructors have cancelled tonight's full closure of I-70 at Exit 240 in Idaho Springs for construction on the SH 103 bridge.

January 2, 2014 - Central/Eastern Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - Clear Creek County – After delaying overnight work last night due to weather, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Mountain Corridor Constructors (MCC) have postponed this weekend's nightly full closures of I-70 at Exit 240 in Idaho Springs for construction on the SH 103 bridge.

CDOT Awards the SH 9 Wildlife Safety Improvement Project

January 7, 2015 - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3 - GRAND COUNTY/SUMMIT COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has awarded the contract for the construction of the SH 9 wildlife safety improvement project to Kirkland Construction Co. from Rye, Colorado.

McCaslin Loop Ramp to US 36 to Close on Wednesday, Jan. 28

January 27, 2015 - Denver Metro/CDOT Region 1 - SUPERIOR – As part of the US 36 Express Lanes Project, the existing loop ramp from southbound McCaslin Boulevard to eastbound US 36 will permanently close on Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 9 p.m.

Expect More I-70 Traffic in Early February

January 30, 2015 - Central/Eastern Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - DENVER — The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is advising drivers to anticipate heavier than usual traffic on the Interstate 70 corridor during the first half of February, for the Alpine World Ski Championships (AWSC) in Beaver Creek.
