SH7 west of Lyons to have minor delays starting March 30

March 25, 2015 - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - BOULDER COUNTY –In addition to destroying existing guardrail, the Flood of 2013 resulted in the need for additional guardrail along SH 7.

During the initial emergency repair, concrete barrier was placed in these areas.  CDOT is now in the process of removing the barrier and installing guardrail.  

Beginning March 30, traffic will be reduced to one lane with alternating directional traffic during working hours. Working hours will be weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weeknights 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Up to 20-minute delays should be anticipated.  

Work is expected to take three weeks, depending on weather. The exact area of the work is from Mile Marker 25.5 to 29.
