Expect Closure Overnight April 10 for Bridge Repairs at I-25/US 50B Interchange

Travelers can expect the westbound US 50B on-ramp to soutbound I-25 to be closed from 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 10 to 5 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, as crews continue making bridge repairs at the interchange.

Travel Impacts

  • Detour: Take the northbound on-ramp to I-25 to the 29th Street exit, from where you can go south on I-25.
  • Speeds will be reduced to 45 mph through the work zone.

Project Info

This work is part of the $10 million, CO 96 (4th Street) improvement project, which includes renovating the intersection, replacing signals, resurfacing and repairing a bridge. Work—which started in July 2017 and is expected to be complete by June 2018—will improve surface quality, enhance safety and provide improved pedestrian crossings, including upgrading ramps to current Americans with Disability Act (ADA) standards.
