Crews Postpone Safety-Critical Rockfall Work on I-70 in De Beque Canyon

MESA COUNTY—Due to scheduling conflicts, CDOT is postponing rockfall mitigation work originally scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 15 on I-70 in De Beque Canyon.

The work, when performed, will include rock scaling, drilling and blasting.

United Companies is the prime contractor for this $4.3 million project.
