Utility Account Database


The need for a centralized Utility Account Database was a finding from the 2019 Utility Audit and a requirement of PD 90.1. A temporary solution was created using a Google Sheet to track all CDOT utility accounts. The Utility Office is currently working on migrating the data from the Google Sheet over to an established database. When the database is established and a user interface is created, more information will be updated on this page. 

Regional Utility Account Coordinators do have access to the google sheet and are available to help pull information for projects!
