How To Get Involved

 I-270 Corridor Project Homepage

Public Meeting Participation

As we hold public meetings and events for this project there are a variety of ways to participate. You can call or email team members, make comments through the website, and participate in public engagement events at three key project milestones:

  • Scoping and Data Collection – During the summer of 2020, you can learn more about the corridor and provide input on problems you’re aware of and what’s important to you for improving the corridor.
  • Corridor Improvement Alternatives – During the fall of 2020, you can learn more about the various improvement options (alternatives) being considered and provide your input.
  • Results and Recommendations – During the fall of 2021, you can learn about the results of the EA and add your comments to the public record during the 30-day public comment period on the EA.

In the interest of public safety and social distancing in a COVID-19 environment, public outreach events may be held virtually rather than in-person. CDOT will notify the public of how and when these events will be conducted with meeting notices on this website, meeting notices emailed to the project mailing list, and meeting notices in various media outlets.

Don’t have time to participate in a public outreach event?

No problem! This website is your centralized hub for project information. You can review information about the identified issues in the project corridor, see what was presented at meetings, and submit comments.

Does your group or organization have specific I-270 issues to discuss with CDOT?

Please email the project team at [email protected]. We will be conducting interviews and small group meetings to better understand stakeholder interests and concerns.

Is there a specific problem or concern on I-270 you can identify on a map?
