CDOT has partnered with cannabis brands for over a decade to share the facts about cannabis-impaired driving. With your help, we can reduce the incidence of impaired driving crashes, fatalities and DUIs on Colorado roads.

Become a certified expert

Developed collaboratively with the cannabis education platform Learn Brands, CDOT offers two courses to train budtenders and the general public about the laws and legal realities of cannabis-impaired driving:

Cannabis-Impaired Driving: Prevention and Education

• Takes less than 30 minutes to complete.
• Receive a downloadable certificate of completion. 

Cannabis-Impaired Driving Essentials

• A little knowledge can go a long way — learn the essential facts about DUI laws and impairment.
• Takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
