These monthly average prices are from the "Poten & Partners" and "Argus Americas" weekly prices for asphalt oil according to oil distilleries in Colorado and neighboring states. They accurately reflect the true asphalt oil prices that CDOT uses for the plus (+) or minus (-) 10% changes according to the Revision of Section 109 - Asphalt Cement Cost Adjustment specification.
