About the Program

Alternative Delivery Program has been created to provide owners the following:

• A better understanding of alternative project delivery methods (Design-Build, Construction Manager/General Contractor).
• Assistance in the evaluation and selection of alternative delivery methods for their projects using the

• Assistance in managing their alternative delivery projects
• Cumulative ADP Project Dashboard

Design-Build

CDOT is currently revising the Design - Build Manual to meet State accessibility standards. The revised copy of the Design – Build Manual will be posted on our website as soon as it becomes available.
