April 11, 2011 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - PUEBLO – Chapa Place will be closed to traffic at 4th Street (State Highway 96) on Wednesday, April 13, from 7 a.m. to 5p.m., for the installation of a water tap and irrigation line. Chapa is located at the west end of the 4th Street Bridge, on the south side of 4th.
April 12, 2011 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - FOUNTAIN – A Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) project to connect future variable message signs and traffic cameras in the south Colorado Springs area begins on Monday, April 18.
April 12, 2011 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - EL PASO COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation will be replacing guardrail on Monument Hill this week, after a semi-truck accident destroyed about 600 feet of the safety barrier Monday morning (April 11).
April 13, 2011 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - AURORA – On Saturday, April 16th, weather permitting, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will close two lanes of northbound Parker Road over Vaughn Way, which is near I-225, for expansion joint repairs. To complete the work, there will be various double lane closures from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday.
April 13, 2011 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - DENVER—Starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, April 15th and continuing through 5:30 a.m. on Monday, April 18th, one lane of westbound I-70 will be closed at Ward Road for bridge deck rehabilitation, which consists of rotomilling the existing asphalt, removing the deteriorated concrete underneath, replacing the bridge deck with new concrete, paving, and striping.
April 14, 2011 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - FREMONT COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) begins paving State Highway (SH) 115 in the Florence area next week.
April 14, 2011 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - AURORA— Saturday, April 16th, the ramp from northbound I-225 to Alameda Avenue will be completely closed for construction of a barrier wall and landscape work. The ramp closure will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Motorists can take either 6th Avenue or Mississippi Avenue as an alternate route.
