CDOT Mudslide Clean-up on SH 145 West of Telluride

August 16, 2013 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Southwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 5 - SAN MIGUEL COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation continues to clear mud and make repairs on a section of SH 145 between Telluride and Placerville.

CDOT has contracted with Williams Construction to help expedite the work, which involves clearing mudslide debris from the roadway and ditch, as well as making repairs to the shoulder and guardrail. The project could cost about $250,000 to complete.

TRAVEL IMPACTS: Through August, there will be single-lane, alternating traffic between mile points 75 and 78.5 from 7:00 AM to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Expect delays.
