November 6, 2013 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - Major closure necessary to complete construction.

Colorado Springs – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is temporarily closing  the ramp from N. Academy Boulevard to southbound Interstate 25 next week, allowing the contractor expanding I-25 to complete ramp and highway work with minimal traffic disruptions in the future.

Beginning at 6 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, and continuing until 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, the ramp will be closed, requiring  traffic  to use the following marked detour to access southbound I-25:

N. Academy Boulevard to Voyager Parkway, north on Voyager Parkway to Briargate Parkway, west on Briargate Parkway to southbound I-25.

All work is subject to road and weather conditions.
