Paving to begin on Highway 50 near Coaldale
July 28, 2016 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - Drivers on Highway 50, west of Canon City and Cotopaxi, near Coaldale, will experience minor travel delays on Monday, August 1st and Tuesday, August 2nd.
Colorado Department of Transportation will be paving on Highway 50 from mile post 240.8 to mile post 241.8.
Travelers should plan for 15 to 20 minute delays as alternating lanes will be closed and a pilot car will escort traffic through the area from 7am to 5pmeach day.# # #
