Public Hearings Scheduled for US 50 Corridor East Tier 1 Draft Environmental Impact Study

July 5, 2016 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is hosting public hearings in the counties of: Pueblo, Otero, Bent, and Prowers to provide the public opportunities to comment on the US 50 Corridor East Tier 1 Draft Environmental Impact Study (EIS).

The project recommends improvements on US 50, extending from Pueblo to the Kansas state line.

On June 10, 2016 a notice that the draft document was made available was published in the Federal Register informing the public that a 45-day public comment period.

CDOT has scheduled public hearings at the following times and locations along the corridor to make it convenient for everyone to attend and provide comments on the US 50 Corridor East Tier 1 Draft EIS.
