  • STATEWIDE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (STIP)
    • The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is a federally required, four-year program of planned transportation projects. The STIP is developed in coordination with planning partners throughout the state through the Project Priority Programming Process (4P). The STIP incorporates the Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs) from each MPO.
  • DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
    • The Development Program bridges the gap between the 4-year STIP and the 20+ year SWP, by capturing the major investment needs and priorities identified in the planning processes over a longer timeframe.
  • CDOT Approved Project List
    • Approved four year list of capital engineering projects, which are included or planned for addition to the STIP.
  • STUDIES and ASSESSMENTS
    • Information on major corridor or project studies or assessments, including corridor plans or studies, Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) studies.
  • PROJECT LOCATOR (ProLo)
    • Project Locator (ProLo) is a geographic web-based application that contains detailed information about Statewide Transportation Plan corridors and Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) projects. An interactive map is available for users to search and locate planning corridors and projects throughout Colorado. For questions or information, email Aaron Willis.
