    • The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is a federally required, four-year program of planned transportation projects. The STIP is developed in coordination with planning partners throughout the state through the Project Priority Programming Process (4P).     • Project Locator (ProLo) is a geographic web-based application that contains detailed information about Statewide Transportation Plan corridors and Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) projects.   • National Highway Freight Program (NHFP)
    • The NHFP is a formula-based funding program that supports investments in the NHFN. Through 2020, Colorado will receive $83 million in Federal funding for freight specific investment needs. The FIP is updated as new projects are selected and approved.
