Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS), Record of Decision (ROD) & State Environmental Reports
Below are links to individual sections of the FEIS/ROD and updated State Environmental Reports documents. In this combined FEIS/ROD document, the Federal Highway Administration identifies and approves the Selected Alternative. The Selected Alternative (Two General-Purpose Lanes and One Express Lane that Accommodates Transit Alternative) best meets the project’s Purpose and Need while minimizing environmental impacts and incorporating mitigation and environmental commitments.
Publication of this FEIS/ROD completes the National Environmental Policy Act process for the project and provides a clear basis for advancing the project into final design, permitting, right-of-way acquisition and construction.
This page also includes the revised State Community Analysis Technical Report, responses to comments received during the public review period, and a signed commitment letter from CDOT’s Executive Director for the state community enhancements.
