Mount Evans Highway Closed Friday Afternoon

July 25, 2012 - Central Eastern Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - CLEAR CREEK COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is closing the Mount Evans Highway – State Highway 5 – this Friday for sweeping and striping operations.

Beginning at noon, and continuing through the afternoon, the highway will be closed at Echo Lake, just south of State Highway 103.  It is scheduled to reopen around 5:30 p.m.
