Resurfacing Project on US 36 to Begin Next Week

May 2, 2012 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - DENVER – On Sunday, May 6th, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will begin a resurfacing project on US 36 between I-25 and Pecos Street and on Broadway (State Highway 224) under US 36.

Survey Work to Cause Delays on US 36 Tonight and Tomorrow Night

May 2, 2012 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - DENVER – Tonight, May 2nd and tomorrow night, May 3rd, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will have various single lane closures on eastbound and westbound US 36 between Federal Boulevard and Wadsworth Boulevard to accommodate survey work for the upcoming construction on US 36.

CDOT to Resurface US 285 North/South of Center

May 2, 2012 - Southwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 5 - SAN LUIS VALLEY - The Colorado Department of Transportation will begin a project next Monday, May 7, to resurface a stretch of US 285 north and south of Center, in both Saguache and Rio Grande counties (between mile posts 60 and 77).

May 4, 2012 - PROJECT UPDATE TELLURIDE AREA - Statewide Transportation Plan - GARFIELD, GRAND, HUERFANO, MESA, MOFFAT, PITKIN, SUMMIT, AND SAN MIGUEL COUNTIES —The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) continues its project—begun in February—to improve communications with travelers throughout the state by upgrading Intelligent Transportation Systems on several area highways by installing new electronic variable message signs (VMS) in multiple locations.

Bridge Demolition to Close 17th Avenue and Corresponding Ramps to I-25 Next Week

May 4, 2012 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - DENVER - Starting at 6:00 a.m. Monday, May 7th, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 11th, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will begin bridge demolition as part of an ongoing project that replaces I-25 bridge over the South Platte River, also known as the “Bronco Arch” bridge.

I-70 West Parachute Interchange Project Update

May 7, 2012 - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3 - GARFIELD COUNTY – UPDATED INFORMATION: The Colorado Department of Transportation and its contractor, SEMA Construction, have closed a single east- and westbound lane of traffic along I-70 and US 6 to begin construction of new exits ramps at the I-70 West Parachute Interchange.
