Construction of Roundabout on SH 133 to Begin This Week

June 4, 2014 - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3 - CARBONDALE, COLORADO-On Wednesday, June 4, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) began to construct the east portion of a roundabout at the intersection of State Highway 133 (SH 133) and Main Street in Carbondale.

Highway 50 Project Set to Start

June 9, 2014 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - LA JUNTA — The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) begins improving a four-mile segment of U.S. 50 through La Junta tomorrow, a project consisting of rotomilling and paving, bridge enhancements, new guardrails, accessible ramps, signing and striping.

US 160/US 550 Continuous Flow Intersection Update

June 9, 2014 - Southwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 5 - Lengthy delays eastbound US 160 this morning subsided as crews shifted lanes, adjusted signal timing. As traffic volumes increase, motorists encouraged to plan extra time if commuting between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Temporary Closures of Highway 24 Tonight

June 10, 2014 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - MANITOU SPRINGS – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will be stopping traffic on U.S. 24 tonight to load test the Williams Canyon Bridge at the west end of Manitou Springs.

I-70 Resurfacing Project Begins in Mesa County

June 10, 2014 - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3 - MESA COUNTY –The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has started work on re-surfacing sections of I-70 from mile marker 16 to mile marker 49, both eastbound and westbound lanes will be impacted.
