Welcome to Shay Reilly!

Please welcome Shay Reilly to the CDOT Environmental Programs Branch team. Shay was hired to replace Brian Fauver as the Environmental Justice/Equity and 4f/6f specialist, in addition to helping out with the overall NEPA program. If you think she looks familiar, it's because she was a CDOT Intern with the Office of Process Improvement in 2018-19 (pictured below). She is coming to CDOT as the WTS Colorado Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee Co-Chair. Shay has a background in environmental planning with four years of experience in private consulting.
